Important: CardLocked is intended for entertainment and personal challenge purposes only. It should not be used as a security device or for any purpose that could result in harm, injury, or illegal activity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CardLocked, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CardLocked
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

- Create and manage digital locks for yourself
- Participate in the keyholder system with consenting adults
- Connect compatible QIUI devices for personal use
4.2 You May Not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
- Create locks for minors or non-consenting individuals
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Content and Conduct
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You may not upload or share content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate
- Promoting dangerous or illegal activities
6. In-App Purchases
- Some features may require payment ("Premium Features")
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices may change at any time
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 QIUI Device Integration
If you connect QIUI or other third-party devices:
- You are responsible for safe and appropriate use
- We are not liable for any harm resulting from device use
- Device manufacturers' terms and warranties apply
7.2 External Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:
- Software code and architecture
- Design, graphics, and user interface
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Content and documentation
remain the exclusive property of CardLocked or our licensors.
9. Privacy
Your use of CardLocked is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for loss of data or content
- We do not endorse user-generated content
- We are not responsible for interactions between users
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for any harm resulting from your use or inability to use the App
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardLocked, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content or conduct
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and requesting account deletion.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Harm other users or the service
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CardLocked shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
16.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CardLocked regarding the use of the App.
